Mail Room Coordinator
Location: Paris, IL

DESCRIPTION
The Mail Room Coordinator will provide prompt delivery of mail to all Dimond locations in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES for a Dimond Bros. Mail Room Coordinator are:
- Open and distribute incoming mail
- Handle the printing and mailing of documents as required
- Provide support for internal projects

Personal Lines Account Executive – Re-Quote Team
Location: East Alton, IL

DESCRIPTION Account Executives at Dimond Bros. Insurance LLC work closely with clients, Sales Executives, and our carrier partners in placing new business or remarketing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.
RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Personal Lines Account Executive will:
- Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs
- Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to recommend modifications, as needed
- Deliver a high level of customer service
- Keep accurate personal information for all prospects and customers within insurance company databases
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS for a Dimond Bros. Personal Lines Account Executive:
- State-issued, valid insurance license(s) required: Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Previous experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines
- Effective collaborator with a goal-oriented approach to achieving retention and client satisfaction
- A thorough understanding of all insurance company policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their costs and benefits
- Strong aptitude for computer programs including Microsoft Office required; agency management system experience preferred

Commercial Lines Account Executive

DESCRIPTION: Commercial Lines Account Executive at Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC, you work closely with Commercial Lines Sales Executives and our carrier partners in placing new business and servicing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.
RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Commercial Lines Account Executive will:
- Market new and existing business to carriers to provide insurance solutions both independently and in partnership with the Sales Executive and Marketer
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partner carriers, and internal team
- Partner with Sales Executives on new business and renewal strategies
- Create professional Proposals and Renewal Summaries utilizing AMS360
- Provide high quality service including responding to requests for change endorsements, proof of insurance, and answering coverage questions
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS for a Dimond Bros. Commercial Lines Account Executive:
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License
- Minimum Previous 5 years’ experience as a successful Commercial Lines Account Executive
- Strong PC skills, with the ability to effectively utilize the agency’s management systems and Microsoft software products, and carrier resources
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, changing environment
- Pro-active, with the initiative to prioritize and meet deadlines

Senior Account Executive – Commercial Lines OCIP
Location: Carmel, IN
Manager: Commercial Lines Division Manager
DESCRIPTION Senior Commercial Lines Account Executives at Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC work closely with Commercial Lines Sales Executive(s) writing OCIP Programs, and our carrier partners in placing new business and servicing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties. This position maintains a focus on OCIP programs, handling both master policies, and administration of the OCIP portal, which requires relationships with all enrolled contractors at various OCIP work sites. This position requires working in the OCIP Portal to keep it “real time” and communication with contractors and clients at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Senior Account Executive Commercial Lines OCIP will:
- Market new and existing business to carriers to provide insurance solutions in partnership with the Sales Executive(s).
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partner carriers, contractors, sales executive(s), and internal team with respect to claims representative.
- Partner with Sales Executives on new business and renewal strategy including participating in client meetings and carrier meetings
- Create professional Proposals and Renewal Summaries utilizing AMS360.
- Review all documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Run reports off the OCIP Portal and distribute both weekly and monthly.
- Process renewal of contractors and jobs in OCIP Portal.
- Keep OCIP Portal “real time”.
- Maintain Insurance Cost Worksheets in the OCIP portal for contractors.
- Upkeep of daily tasks to follow up on required items from contractors including reminders to report payroll, close out jobs, add subcontractors, etc.
- Upkeep of daily new enrollments, reaching out for required items to complete, reporting to carriers immediately to add to program.
- Professional and friendly, outgoing communication with account leads, and all contractors.
- Multiple calls throughout the day to assist contractors with urgent enrollments, required items, and assisting with questions and process procedures.
- Participating in Contractor meetings, Job Site Managers, to present OCIP overview and training sessions, both in person, and via TEAMS on a regular basis.
- Maintain confidential information.
- Keep accurate, real-time, and detailed records within the agency management system and the OCIP Portal system.
- Using independent judgment and discretion to service book of business, including reviewing coverage and answering questions from the insured and contractors.
- Proven understanding and following of SOPs and Best Practices
- Promote excellent customer service throughout the whole company

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS for a Dimond Bros. Senior Account Executive Commercial Lines OCIP:
- Insurance and OCIP knowledge with comfort in discussing coverage and OCIP information with underwriters, insureds, and contractors.
- Knowledge of policy rates, exposures, and calculations for construction and contractors.
- Strong PC skills, with the ability to effectively utilize the agency’s management systems, the OCIP Portal, Microsoft software products, and carrier resources
- Strong commitment to work independently within an extremely fast-paced, changing environment and needs of the OCIP contractors
- Pro-active, with the initiative to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Commitment to utilizing all areas of running the OCIP program efficiently and effectively to maintain “real time” functionality and interaction with Contractors in the system.
