Account Executive—M&A Team
Location: Any Dimond Bros. Location

DESCRIPTION The M&A Focused Account Executives at Dimond Bros. Insurance work closely with the EVP of Dimond Bros. M&A team to help onboard, service, and support new partner employees and clients in their integration into Dimond Bros.
RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Account Executive – M&A Team will:
- Work with Dimond Bros’ Executive Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions, and other department leaders to introduce Dimond Bros. processes and programs to new partner agencies.
- Provide support for existing clients while integration occurs. This would include all aspects of traditional Account Executive responsibilities including marketing new business, processing renewals, developing proposals, and interacting with clients.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with new employees and help support them during transitional training. Expected interactions with new partnership would vary from 3-6 months for each partnership, with the possibility of multiple partnership occurring at the same time.
- Specific responsibilities would change (perhaps daily) dependent on the need for each partnership. If partnerships are complete or otherwise not in motion, the Account executive would be expected to assist existing Dimond Bros. Support Teams during down times in a variety of traditional support services.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS for a Dimond Bros. Account Executive – M&A Team:
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License
- Recommended – Minimum Previous 3 years’ experience as a successful Commercial Lines Account Executive
- Occasional travel (with potential overnight stays) is needed during this onboarding process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed, with a special ability to empathize and support new partnership employees.
- Strong PC knowledge, with the ability to effectively utilize the agency’s management systems and Microsoft software products, and carrier resources. Ideal candidates have experience in multiple types of database systems.
- Proven understanding and mastery of Dimond Bros.’ SOPs and Best Practices

Commercial Lines Account Executive—Transportation

DESCRIPTION A Commercial Lines Marketer at Dimond Bros. Insurance works closely with Commercial Lines Sales Executives to determine best and available markets and information needed to place new accounts within a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Commercial Lines Marketer will:
- Work with Sales Executive to provide updates on upcoming submissions and request any outstanding items
- Follow-up with carriers so that new quotes are delivered on a timely basis; negotiates coverage/pricing/add-ons; verifies returned quotes match requested coverage.
- Track marketing activities with complete applications, correspondence, and other required forms
- Provide top 3-5 quotes and any specifically requested quotes to Sales Executive
- Create proposals timely to allow Sales Executive to make revisions; consistently accurate information is provided in the proposal
- Bind coverage on sold policy; submit standard “no-go” letters to other quoting carriers; turns account over to assigned Account Executive
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers

Marketing Coordinator

DESCRIPTION The Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the marketing team who works with management to develop and implement marketing campaigns and assist with the administration of all company marketing and communication strategies. They act as a liaison between departments to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and that the brand voice and message is consistent across all channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Marketing Coordinator will:
- Assist in coordinating social, electronic and print media advertising
- Support the Marketing Department in brainstorming, researching, implementing and evaluating marketing strategies.
- Assist with internal and external corporate communications which can include copy writing, timeline management, organization, design and vendor management.
- Assist with the planning and management of corporate sponsored events (both internal events and external)
- Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials and resources making sure all are accurate and current while coordinating new materials or inventory needed

Payroll Coordinator

Human Resource Coordinator

DESCRIPTION The Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource department.
RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Human Resource Coordinator will:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
