Mail Room Coordinator
Location: Paris, IL

DESCRIPTION
The Mail Room Coordinator will provide prompt delivery of mail to all Dimond locations in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES for a Dimond Bros. Mail Room Coordinator are:
- Open and distribute incoming mail
- Handle the printing and mailing of documents as required

Personal Lines Account Executive – Re-Quote Team

DESCRIPTION Account Executives at Dimond Bros. Insurance LLC work closely with clients, Sales Executives, and our carrier partners in placing new business or remarketing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.
RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Personal Lines Account Executive will:
- Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs
- Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to recommend modifications, as needed
- Deliver a high level of customer service

DESCRIPTION A Commercial Lines Marketer at Dimond Bros. Insurance works closely with Commercial Lines Sales Executives to determine best and available markets and information needed to place new accounts within a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Commercial Lines Marketer will:
- Work with Sales Executive to provide updates on upcoming submissions and request any outstanding items
- Follow-up with carriers so that new quotes are delivered on a timely basis; negotiates coverage/pricing/add-ons; verifies returned quotes match requested coverage.
- Track marketing activities with complete applications, correspondence, and other required forms
- Provide top 3-5 quotes and any specifically requested quotes to Sales Executive
- Create proposals timely to allow Sales Executive to make revisions; consistently accurate information is provided in the proposal
- Bind coverage on sold policy; submit standard “no-go” letters to other quoting carriers; turns account over to assigned Account Executive
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS for a Dimond Bros. Commercial Lines Marketer:
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License
- Minimum Previous 5 years’ experience as a successful Commercial Lines Account Executive
- Insurance knowledge with comfort in discussing coverage with underwriters and insureds

DESCRIPTION Senior Commercial Lines Account Executives at Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC work closely with Commercial Lines Sales Executives and our carrier partners in placing new business and servicing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all parties involved.
RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Senior Account Executive- Commercial will:
- Market new and existing business to carriers to provide insurance solutions both independently and in partnership with the Sales Executive
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partner carriers, and internal team
- Partner with Sales Executives on new business and renewal strategy including participating in client meetings and carrier meetings
- Create professional Proposals and Renewal Summaries utilizing AMS360
- Review all documents for accuracy and completeness
- Issuance of complicated Certificates of Insurance, including contract review
- Maintain confidential information
- Keep accurate and detailed records within the agency management system
- Using independent judgment and discretion to service book of business, including reviewing coverage and answering questions from the insured

DESCRIPTION : Responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Personal Lines Requote and Book Roll team including managing a team of licensed service professionals, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving retention and profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Personal Lines Division Manager will:
- Collaborate with management to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Lead and manage a team of personal lines sales professionals, providing guidance, support and training as needed.
- Oversee department staff and day-to-day operations of Personal Lines Requote & Book Roll including customer calls, emails, inquiries, reviews and policy issuance.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operations and cohesive client experience.
- Provides constructive and timely performance and audit evaluations
- Trains new staff

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS for a Dimond Bros. Personal Lines Division Manager:
- 5+ years experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong understanding of underwriting, coverage options, and industry standards.
- P&C Licensed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and company leadership

Human Resource Generalist

DESCRIPTION The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Human Resource Generalist will:
- Performs tasks required to administer human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters and investigations; performance and talent management; and productivity, recognition, and morale
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Handles employment-related inquiries from employees, supervisors, and applicants referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
