Client Relations Representative

Location: Any Dimond Bros. Location

DESCRIPTION Client Relations Representatives are the front-line liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. .

RESPONSIBILITIES for a Dimond Bros. Client Relations Representative:

  • Answer phones and assist with walk-in clients
  • Effectively solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
  • Take and upload payments

Account Executive – Personal Lines

Location: Any Dimond Bros. Location

DESCRIPTION Account Executives at Dimond Bros. Insurance LLC work closely with clients, Sales Executives, and our carrier partners in placing new business or remarketing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.

RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Personal Lines Account Executive will:

  • Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs
  • Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to recommend modifications, as needed
  • Deliver a high level of customer service
  • Keep accurate personal information for all prospects and customers within insurance company databases

Account Executive – Commercial

Location: Any Dimond Bros. Location

DESCRIPTION: Commercial Lines Account Executive at Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC, you work closely with Commercial Lines Sales Executives and our carrier partners in placing new business and servicing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Commercial Lines Account Executive will:

  • Market new and existing business to carriers to provide insurance solutions both independently and in partnership with the Sales Executive and Marketer
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partner carriers, and internal team
  • Partner with Sales Executives on new business and renewal strategies
  • Create professional Proposals and Renewal Summaries utilizing AMS360
  • Provide high quality service including responding to requests for change endorsements, proof of insurance, and answering coverage questions


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS for a Dimond Bros. Commercial Lines Account Executive:

  • Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License
  • Minimum Previous 5 years’ experience as a successful Commercial Lines Account Executive
  • Strong PC skills, with the ability to effectively utilize the agency’s management systems and Microsoft software products, and carrier resources

Account Executive—M&A Team

Location: Any Dimond Bros. Location

DESCRIPTION The M&A Focused Account Executives at Dimond Bros. Insurance work closely with the EVP of Dimond Bros. M&A team to help onboard, service, and support new partner employees and clients in their integration into Dimond Bros.

RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Account Executive – M&A Team will:

  • Work with Dimond Bros’ Executive Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions, and other department leaders to introduce Dimond Bros. processes and programs to new partner agencies. 
  • Provide support for existing clients while integration occurs.  This would include all aspects of traditional Account Executive responsibilities including marketing new business, processing renewals, developing proposals, and interacting with clients.  
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with new employees and help support them during transitional training.  Expected interactions with new partnership would vary from 3-6 months for each partnership, with the possibility of multiple partnership occurring at the same time.
  • Specific responsibilities would change (perhaps daily) dependent on the need for each partnership.  If partnerships are complete or otherwise not in motion, the Account executive would be expected to assist existing Dimond Bros. Support Teams during down times in a variety of traditional support services.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS for a Dimond Bros. Account Executive – M&A Team:

  • Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License
  • Recommended – Minimum Previous 3 years’ experience as a successful Commercial Lines Account Executive
  • Occasional travel (with potential overnight stays) is needed during this onboarding process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed, with a special ability to empathize and support new partnership employees.
  • Strong PC knowledge, with the ability to effectively utilize the agency’s management systems and Microsoft software products, and carrier resources.  Ideal candidates have experience in multiple types of database systems.
  • Proven understanding and mastery of Dimond Bros.’ SOPs and Best Practices
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Must be a team player that collaborates well with others.

Senior Account Executive—Commercial

DESCRIPTION Senior Commercial Lines Account Executives at Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC work closely with Commercial Lines Sales Executives and our carrier partners in placing new business and servicing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all parties involved.

RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Senior Account Executive- Commercial will:

  • Market new and existing business to carriers to provide insurance solutions both independently and in partnership with the Sales Executive
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partner carriers, and internal team
  • Partner with Sales Executives on new business and renewal strategy including participating in client meetings and carrier meetings
  • Create professional Proposals and Renewal Summaries utilizing AMS360
  • Review all documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Issuance of complicated Certificates of Insurance, including contract review

  • Keep accurate and detailed records within the agency management system
  • Using independent judgment and discretion to service book of business, including reviewing coverage and answering questions from the insured

Account Executive—Life and Health

DESCRIPTION Account Executives work closely with Sales Executives and our carrier partners in placing new business and servicing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.

RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Senior Account Executive- Commercial will:

  • Manage and service an assigned book of small to middle market clients with their group and individual benefits policies.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge in the employee benefits
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their workforce demographics, organizational goals, and benefits priorities.
  • Work collaboratively with all internal teams and departments at Dimond Bros.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations related to their benefit programs

  • Facilitate the annual open enrollment process through updating plan information, conducting educational presentations, and assisting employees with any questions or inquiries

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS for a Dimond Bros. Senior Account Executive – Commercial

  • 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits, human resources, or related business.
  • Strong and/or developing understanding of employee benefits (medical and ancillary)
  • Illinois Life and Health Insurance License
  • College degree preferred

Claims Coordinator

Location: Any Dimond Bros. Location

DESCRIPTION A Claims Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the claims process for our insureds. They open claims with the carrier and review the progress of the claim with the adjustor on a regular basis until it is closed.

RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Claims Coordinator will:

  • Advocates for customers in the claims process to facilitate timely and fair claims resolution
  • Provide claims analysis to customer
  • Assist with claims inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses
  • Maintaining accurate claim files and documenting conversations with clients and insurers
  • Moving high priority or large claims to Senior Claim Advocate
  • Assist in requesting and maintaining loss runs on file

Senior Claims Advocate

Location: Carmel, IN

DESCRIPTION A Senior Claims Advocate is responsible for managing and coordinating the claims process for our insureds with a claim having a higher level of complexity. They provide guidance and support to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient claim processing, working closely with client, sales executives, and carriers. This includes ensuring accurate and timely adjudication of claims, ensuring proper record-keeping, and providing a high level of customer service throughout the claims process.

RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Senior Claims Advocate will:

  • Determining the appropriate coverage to open a claim under
  • Review progress of the claim on a frequent basis until closed
  • Advocates for customers in the claims process to facilitate timely and fair claims resolution
  • Provide claims analysis to customer 
  • Responsible for daily activities of the Claims Department  
  • Assist with claims inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses
  • Taking high priority or large claims, monitoring closely, distributing large claim notices to Sales Executives and Account Executives, and maintaining regular communication with client.
  • Maintaining loss runs for Sales Executives and Account Executives, for upcoming renewals, and Open Claim Reviews
  • Presenting Open Claim Reviews to clients and Sales Executives.
  • Review of carrier loss runs in the last quarter for accuracy, reporting to management loss analysis and ratios of agency carriers
  • Regular meetings with Carriers to maintain relationships and address customer service issues
  • Maintaining accurate claim files and documenting conversations with clients and insurers
  • Attend safety or loss control meetings and partner with the carrier and client for presentations. 
  • Workers Compensation claims will be monitored for the reserve amount, pushing for a return-to-work program to keep the indemnity down, trying to close the claim by the unit stat date, and reviewing the mod sheet making sure the claim is reflected accurately.

Human Resource Coordinator

Location: Paris, IL Corporate Office

DESCRIPTION The Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource department.

RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Human Resource Coordinator will:

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
  • Provides clerical support to the HR department
  • Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers

Training & Development Coordinator

Location: Paris Corporate preferred but open to other options

DESCRIPTION The T&D Coordinator will assign and work daily departmental tasks. Additionally, assist with training new employees and maintain internal agency management systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. T&D Coordinator will:

  • Coordinate and manage Agency Management System projects
  • Assist employees with Agency Management System related issues
  • Train and transition new hires and acquisitions
