Mail Room Coordinator

Location: Paris, IL

Manager: Lisa Douglas

DESCRIPTION
The Mail Room Coordinator will provide prompt delivery of mail to all Dimond locations in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES for a Dimond Bros. Mail Room Coordinator are:

  • Open and distribute incoming mail
  • Handle the printing and mailing of documents as required
  • Provide support for internal projects

Client Relations Representative

DESCRIPTION Client Relations Representatives are the front-line liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. .

RESPONSIBILITIES for a Dimond Bros. Client Relations Representative:

  • Answer phones and assist with walk-in clients
  • Effectively solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
  • Take and upload payments
  • Other duties as assigned by Management


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS for a Dimond Bros. Client Relations Representative:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great active listening skills with a patient and empathetic attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills

Farm & Ag Account Executive

Location: Taylorville, IL – Pecatonica/Freeport. IL – Fairbury, IL – Pontiac, IL – Centralia, IL – Herscher, IL – Paris, IL – Champaign, IL – Wittenberg, WI

DESCRIPTION Account Executives at Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC work closely with Sales Executives and our carrier partners in placing new business and servicing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.

RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Farm and Ag Account Executive will:

  • Service and support a book of farm/ag insurance policies in all manner of needs (endorsements, renewals, market placement etc.)
  • Quote, underwrite, and issue new business.
  • Work closely with department management and co-workers in servicing clients


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS for a Dimond Bros. Farm & Ag Lines Account Executive:

  • P&C Insurance Licensed preferred
  • Experience in the Farm and Agricultural world preferred, but commercial and/or personal lines insurance experience also beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication expected.
  • Positive, Pro-team attitude with an aptitude for learning and education required.

Personal Lines Account Executive – Re-Quote Team

Location: East Alton, IL

Manager: Kellie Eastham

DESCRIPTION Account Executives at Dimond Bros. Insurance LLC work closely with clients, Sales Executives, and our carrier partners in placing new business or remarketing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.

RESPONSIBILITIES A Dimond Bros. Personal Lines Account Executive will:

  • Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs
  • Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to recommend modifications, as needed
  • Deliver a high level of customer service
  • Keep accurate personal information for all prospects and customers within insurance company databases


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS for a Dimond Bros. Personal Lines Account Executive:

  • State-issued, valid insurance license(s) required: Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines
  • Effective collaborator with a goal-oriented approach to achieving retention and client satisfaction
  • A thorough understanding of all insurance company policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their costs and benefits
  • Strong aptitude for computer programs including Microsoft Office required; agency management system experience preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must

Sales Executive

Location: Any Dimond Location

Manager: Dan McNeely/Mark Donaldson

  • Eager to continue their insurance knowledge and develop their skills to provide the best possible client customer service


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS for a Dimond Bros. Sales Executive:

  • Property & Casualty licensed and experienced is preferred, but candidates with prior sales experience are encouraged to apply
  • Strong PC skills, with the ability to effectively utilize the agency’s management systems and Microsoft software products
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • High-level customer service, organization, and attention to detail
