What began in 1867 with two people in an office in Arcola, IL has grown to one of the largest independent insurance agencies in the Midwest. Dimond expanded into Mattoon and Danville, IL and growth remained steady until 2000, when current CEO Don Bartos acquired the agency. Since that time, it has been a fast track to growth and Dimond currently has over 35 locations and over 200 employees in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.
