Risk Advisors & Managers, LLC (RAM Insurance Agency) brings a proud history of service and well-established relationships, particularly in the commercial lines sector. The agency was founded in 2014 by Robert (Bob) H. Walker, George F. Manikas, and Douglas (Doug) P. O'Neill, who previously worked together at one of the largest independent agencies in Will County before forming RAM Insurance.

Bob Walker and George Manikas each bring over 30 years of experience producing commercial insurance and surety business. Doug O'Neill, formerly a Director of Operations, has played a key leadership role in management and productions, focusing on market relationships, key accounts, and new business placement.

Since RAM's founding, April Mroz and Alyssa Wendler have been instrumental as account managers, supporting and servicing the agency's commercial lines book. They bring extensive industry knowledge and strong client relationships and will serve as Commercial Lines Account Executives at Dimond Bros. Additionally, George W. Manikas joined the agency in 2020 and has focused on new business development within the contracting, trucking, and wholesale distribution sectors. He will join Dimond Bros. as a Sales Executive.
